Refund policy

According to §312 Abs.2 Nr.1BGB we do not grant a right of withdrawal, because we give our customers the possibility to personalize the product by individual engraving. Each product is unique and therefore excluded from exchange, since the personalized goods are economically worthless for our entrepreneur after the production, as the sale is impossible because of the customer specification and the thus occurred individual production. In exceptional cases and after mutual agreement, we will gladly grant an extraordinary right of withdrawal within 14 days after receipt of the goods.

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged for this repayment.
